Job seekers: your name, WhatsApp number, where you are now, city, profession, years of experience, the job you are interested in and anything you add in the notes.

Companies and partners: company name, contact person, phone, email and the details of the workers you need or the work you offer.

We do not ask for passport or Iqama numbers or copies on this website. Copies are asked only after you are shortlisted.

Our forms do not store anything on this website. When you press the button, WhatsApp opens with your details filled in, and they reach us only when you press Send. WhatsApp is run by Meta, so its own privacy terms also apply to that message.

To contact you, check your details, match you with suitable jobs or workers, and carry out the recruitment process you asked for.

With a hiring company only when we propose you for its job, and only the details it needs to decide.

With our registered partners only the details needed for the work they are handling for you.

With service providers that run our website and messages (Cloudflare, WhatsApp/Meta). We never sell your details.

We keep your details until you ask us to delete them. Nothing is deleted automatically.
