Question 1

How do I apply for a job?

Accepted Answer

Open Jobs, choose a job and press Apply Now. If no job fits, send a general application. You only need your WhatsApp number — no account or password.

Question 2

Can I apply if I am already in Saudi Arabia?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We place workers who are already in Saudi Arabia, through Iqama transfer, as well as workers coming from Bangladesh.

Question 3

Which documents do I need?

Accepted Answer

When you apply we only ask for your details. Copies of your passport or Iqama are asked only after you are shortlisted. For workers from Bangladesh, medical and visa papers come later during processing.

Question 4

How do I check my application status?

Accepted Answer

Use the tracking link we send on WhatsApp, or open Track Application and enter your reference number and phone number.

Question 5

What does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Costs vary by country and job and are disclosed in writing before you commit. We never take undisclosed fees, and many employer-sponsored jobs carry no recruitment charge to the worker.

Question 6

How long does it take?

Accepted Answer

Workers already in Saudi Arabia usually move faster through Iqama transfer. From Bangladesh, most placements take 6 to 12 weeks from selection to departure, depending on visa and documents.

Question 7

How can a company request workers?

Accepted Answer

Send the Hire Workers form with the profession, number of workers and city. After verification we open your Nuriva Hire account, where you review the shortlist and follow progress and bills.

Question 8

How do I become a partner?

Accepted Answer

Send the Become a Partner form. Our team checks your details and opens your Nuriva Partners account — partners cannot sign up themselves.
